Refunds & Returns

At UK CAR SCENE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or need to return an item, please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back.

Returns & Cancellations

As an online customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and photographs of the issue where appropriate, and we will arrange the appropriate solution. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Personalised or custom made items

where an item has been personalised or made specifically to a customer’s requirements, the usual cancellation right may not apply unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and checked, approved refunds will be made using the original payment method. Where a customer exercises their legal cancellation rights, we will refund the standard delivery charge originally paid, where applicable. We will not refund additional delivery costs where a more expensive delivery option was chosen. Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier where appropriate.

Sale items

sale or discounted items have the same statutory consumer rights as full prices items.

Please contact us through the contact page with your name, order number, reason for the return where applicable, and details of the items you wish to return, please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
